Good hotel but noisy neighbours

Stayed at the park plaza once again, on business trip. good room (511) and very well maintained. however i needed my sleep and unfortunately did not get it. neighbours in 512 and another who appeared to know each other awoke me first night at midnight with shouting adults and child for a couple of hours. then next early morning at 4am again. so unfortunately this latest experience of park plaza was a negative one. all down to inconsiderate guests!
