We had very poor service from the staff. they had a crisis so was most unwelcoming when we arrived. they never did try to make it up to us the following days after the crisis was over. we had to walk through mud and sewage to get to the front entrance. they never offered to clean our bags or shoes, but told us to get new shoes or stay inside! i was quite satisfied with the room, breakfast was adequate, but the manager on duty was rude and dismissive.
