Good location

Famous hotel in the middle of the city. the refurbished rooms are nice and fresh. good breakfast.

Usually good but not this time

I usually stay in this hotel on my visits to helsinki because it's nice, comfortable and in good location. this time the overhole experience was unpleasant. there were a few things that indicated a bad maintenance - the soap holder was broken, in the shower there were 2 hand soaps but not shower gel nor sampoo. there were rust lines in the toilet bowl and a long black heir on one of the towels. the bed was comfortable but loud knoking woke me up at 7am. the reception explained that part of the hotel in under renovation. breakast was ok.

Girl's party weekend in helsinki

Hotel is situateted very good place, just 5 min walk helsinki center. room was big one, clean and comfortable. near bus station, metro ans shopping center.

One night stay

Nice hotel in good location, all the matters that you need for one night stay. near the bars and night life also good night club in the hotel, good breakfast and clean rooms

Best quality option

Hotel at a central location, clean, reasonably sized rooms, very good breakfast. a small problem was quickly taken care of by reception. i would definitely stay there again.

Sokos presidentti helsinki

This was our second year staying at the presidentti during pre christmas week. it is located just 10 minutes walk from the main shopping centres and both bus & rail terminals. all of the staff that we encountered were very helpful & friendly. the cold / hot buffet breakfast was awesome. bedrooms had flat screen tv, phone, mini bar/fridge air-con and were well served by 4 efficient elevators. oh and nearly forgot to mention the excellent sauna & pool & free internet.
