Rooms are spacious, neat and very clean

Stay- our stay here is very nice, you can swim at the pool whenever you want, except fr 10pm onwards, because they clean the pool every night... price- awesome! we got a superior room, we really booked through hotelsclick, but we called the hotel to make some modifications prior to our stay. ms. pauline, the reservations officer was very kind to talk to and very understanding to our needs. location- its a bit far from the robinsons place ermita mall by foot, but you can ride a jeepney for only 8 pesos each..its only a 7min ride though.. cleanliness- the room is so big, we booked two rooms, each room is so spacious and has big windows, no cockroaches or rats on the walls whatsoever.. airconditioning with the inverter aircon in our room is very cold, although the unit in our parents room is maybe a bit sluggish in cooling the room, maybe it needs a bit of repair. my only qualm here is they didnt bother to replace the shampoo and body wash bottles, its been used by the previous occupant.. reception- well, the receptionist can try smiling a bit.. lol..... the welcome vouchers were very confusing though, i thought we are going to get free drinks from the bar, but we found out its like a buy one, take one voucher, so we didnt try claiming it at all... over all, its a very nice, charming hotel, just needs a bit of repainting on roofs on the second floor overlooking the pool and the exteriors of the hotel... we stayed here for 3d/2n. i just dont recommed this to elder people because the stairs are so high and they dont have an elevator. we would definitely come back here
