I was a bit concerned when i managed to get this hotel for such a reaonable price (i expected to arrive and the booking not to be there, but it was!) the rooms aren't the biggest i've been in but they were very comfortable, the bathroom in particular was fab. room was warm and air conditioner worked ok after an explanation from the hotel receptionist! near major signts and just beside a bus tour stop. we wandered about late and night and it felt safe to do so. i would book this hotel again if i returned to madrid
