Hotel new heaven is located nicely close to beach and city center. rooms are spacious and clean. balcony faced to the sea and sundown. in my room cold water was closed and water in shower were very hot. after complaints cold water was connected, but then there was some leaks on other pipes, probably the reason why it was turned off in first place. o therwise rooms werevery nice. breakfast was lousy, only some bread and one cooked egg, you even have to pay extra only for the coffee and it was quite pricy. service at the reception and in the bar was rude and unpolite.
