Fantastic resort hotel

This is our 4th visit to this hotel in the past 7 years located around the marina in little world of its own this is a great resort hotel close to 5th avenue restaurants/shops and beach (15 to 20 mins walk - 3 min drive- hotel shuttle available) . this is a very well managed and maintained hotel. there are 2 good restaurants and a café on the marina together with a small hotel pool. water sport/boat rentals are also available. hotel rooms are large with fully fitted quality kitchens/washers/dryers and balconies overlooking the marina or waterway. bedrooms and on suite facilities are superb. the hotel has a pool/gym spa area a few minutes walk away (or get hotel shuttle). gym is very well equipped as are the changing facilities with sauna/steam rooms. pool area has a large pool with waterfall and lazy river, adult pool, 2 hot tubs, bar and restaurant. i cannot fault this hotel and have no hesitation in recommending it as in my opinion it is one of the best if not the best in naples.

Fabulous place to stay

Naples bay resort was the best place we have ever stayed. the room was comfortable and spotless. the view of the marina was beautiful. the staff was friendly and welcoming. the use of fitness center and pools was a plus. convenient location to walk around old naples.

The hotel and rooms are clean and well appointed. i did notice that the maids were leaving the same gross bathroom cup cover on the cup everyday that i used as a coaster to brush my teeth. that leads me to wonder how many other uses have the paper covers been good for before my stay. i did order food from the bone-fish grille for room service. my hamburger was supposed to be medium well and was raw on the inside, the french fries were cold, and they forgot my side of sweat potatoes. once called and reminded, they brought the sweat potatoes up, but my "angus burger" was a total bust. i'm glad i didn't opt for a steak. i think it is a nice option if you don't plan on spending time in the hotel, but i would definitely advise against room service.

Awesome

It's really hard to sum up how wonderful this hotel, their staff, the concierge, even their shuttle operator's are. from the moment we checked in, until we checked out, this hotel's staff went above and beyond. we were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and we simple had the best time. the concierge went out of her way to make us feel very special. even the shuttle driver's took the time to ask us how we were doing, if we needed anything, explained everything and just simple did an awesome job. the wait staff at the yacht club where we had breakfast each morning were so nice and attentive. genuinely interested in how we were doing.
