The room was in relatively worn out condition while all staff worked hard to overcome this. in fact very pleasant staff. they say in spring 2008 they will refurbish the 16 year old hotel, so it may well be then a very good choice again. the hotel is situated close to the city centre and the english garden and olympia park with communal traffic within reach. the pool, sauna and exercising area has been all new refurbished in 2007 and very nice. considering the price and being in munich it may have been worth the price. 2 adults and 1 child in the same room for 144.75 eur incl excellent breakfast.
