In glasgow for a concert so booked this for an overnight stay as it was right next to the station. basic but comfortable room with clean en suite bathroom and good quality towels. room was looking on to a flat roof and the back of the station so no view but this made it very quiet, usually when we stay in glasgow we are disturbed by noise from the street. we would choose to stay here again as its very convenient and we enjoyed our stay.

Loved the location could not believe we just walked out of glasgow queen street station and the hotel was there. the hotel is situated right in the middle of george square and lots of pubs and resturants right on the hotel doorstep.

The millennium is perfectly placed for arriving by train, which we did. didn't even have to go on to the street, as there is an entrance direct from the queen st exit. what makes the hotel brilliant is the staff, they were all so pleasant, chatty, and couldn't do enough for us. great food and ambience, with the best people watching glass fronted bar in glasgow, and as it was halloween, we had plenty to watch and have a laugh at. shopping on saturday made it a brilliant weekend. we will definitely go back to the millennium.

This is not worth 4star rating. the room was clean but that is where my positives end. the staff were rude. unhelpful and did not like that we complained. the furniture was broken and doors would not close. when we asked to be moved to a better room we were told. what do you expect from an old hotel!!! horrible experience

Booked to stay here, hadn't been here for years. the hotel has been fully upgraded and looked fantastic. it was still really busy (after commonwealth games) but that didn't stop every member of staff i came across being super efficient and extremely friendly. we had a room looking over the iconic george square. now the kids are older, and we had our wedding meal here, a millenium ago, we are thinking of making it our anniversary treat from now on. location makes it ideal for any age group.

Initially we were given a twin room and not a double that the email i received from the booking agent advised. this was changed quickly by staff but that ofcourse was only possible due to room availabilty. the double room clearly needed updated, and the headborad fell off the wall on our 2nd night, as it was a sunday they said it wouldn't be repaired till monday (the day we left). the reception and bar of the hotel are clearly 4 star level unfortunately the rest of the hotel is not 4 star

Clean central hotel. were only there one night for concert, didn't drink in hotel. had breakfast which was good but could have been hotter.

Comfortable if old fashioned room. bathroom had no heating. excellent breakfast.
