On the hoops bus link close to a few shops helpful staff room small but had a bath.

Excellent position and good value. smoke alarm went off twice early morning, front desk didn't answer phone. member of staff assured all was ok when confronted saying someone was ironing and set off the smoke alarm! tea making in the room milk curdled, but seemed ok with coffee. good breakfast.

My wife, daughter and i only stayed one night. we found the staff helpful and pleasant. the rooms were clean and comfortable. the english breakfast was good. we thought the hotel was excellent value for money.
