The location is really nice, but the staff are lazy and the rooms anelka like a combination of really old closet and urin. we changed rooms and got a room where the balkondoor could not lock and we were joined with roaches and really small spiders. the food is what you can expect. from cuban food, however they are kind og short on plates.

Hotel was in a great position on the beach. the ocean was very nice to swim in, clean and blue waters. hotel itself was great. the rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. the staff were friendly and helpful. would definately stay there again and highly recommend.

Stressed staff, dirty noisy buffet restaurant. hardly any water in the showers. keeycards and locks broke down daily, and many trips to the front desk to have the key card reactivated. safety locker broke down. bats nesting on the balcony without any attempt to remove them. not value for money.

Una buona struttura in un'eccellente posizione sul mar dei caraibi. l'hotel è davvero molto grande e ben organizzato. la nostra camera da letto era un po’ datata, ma ampia e pulitissima. la spiaggia è un vero e proprio paradiso! sabbia bianchissima e mare blu. anche la ristorazione è ben organizzata sia per colazione che cena. consigliato per una vacanza alla rassegna del relax nel mar dei caraibi.
