The rooms were great, lovely comfy bed and a good size balcony. the facilities weren't bad, indoor and outdoor pool etc. the bad bit - staff were awful, unfriendly and unhelpful. a lot of stuff was closed even though the hotel was very busy. they wanted 12 euros a day for internet connection and 13 euros for breakfast. wifi is widely available for free in benidorm and we had a lovely breakfast down the road for 3,50e.
