Hotel is located in lapad and is newly renovated, with a bright colors and amazing views of lapad bay. there is a very good restaurant sphere on the lowest level, overlooking the beach, and this is where the breakfast was served as well. spa, sauna, swimming pool were clean and not overcrowded. reception is on the 10th floor and all the staff we delt with was extremely professional and helpful. well done!

The hotel kompas is ideally situated for those looking for a beach and city holiday. the hotel is very clean and the location is stunning. the breakfast room overlooking lapad bay is wonderful and offers a good choice too! the local bus (number 6) takes you straight to the old town of dubrovnik and is very cheap (12 kuna each way). plenty of opportunity to arrange trips too and would highly recommend the elaphiti islands boat trip. the hotel staff are all very polite and accommodating. i would highly recommend this hotel.
