At least it was cheap.

We paid for a twin room with 2 beds but were given 1 kingsize bed. the room was small and cramped up with furniture. the ac was barely working. the bathroom floor was flooded every time we took a shower. we had to pay extra for wi-fi (in a 4-star hotel?!).
