Brilliant hotel in perfect location

We stayed at this hotel before on a weekend visit to london but over 10 years ago and were keen to discover whether standards had been maintained. not only had they been maintained but in our opinion had improved. we couldn't fault anything about the kingsway hall from the room - which incidentally was classed as standard - to the wonderful staff and delicious breakfast. spotlessly clean and a 5 minute walk from covent garden - what's not to like? we will return.

Great stay.

This is an excellent hotel in a fabulous location, covent garden and many other attractions just a short step away. the hotel itself is lovely, rooms are clean with everything needed, breakfast is very good and the staff could not be more helpful. we will certainly make this our first choice london hotel in the future.

Ottimo a quel prezzo

Ottimo hotel considerando che a londra di solito si paga molto per hotel scadenti! in questo caso prenotando con largo anticipo siamo riusciti ad avere un albergo di categoria 4* al oprezzo di un 3*, in zona covent garden. camere pulite, colazione super, reception 24h, posizione super. hanno anche personale italiano per chi avesse difficoltà con la lingua. consigliatissimo!

Another great stay

I've stayed here before, booked friends into the hotel and our latest stay was as delightful as ever. a great location, decent sized rooms, the staff very friendly, efficient and helpful. it's a hotel i'll keep coming back to.

Great hotel, great location

We stayed for mum's 70th birthday. very central location with everything you need on the doorstep. rooms very good size considering you're in the heart of london and very clean. our room wasn't ready at check-in and the receptionist couldn't give us a time when it would be. she didn't seem to be interested in how to help us out but after some negotiation, managed to get a free drink in the bar whilst we waited. overall though the staff were very friendly and efficient. breakfast was good with lots of choices suited to all nationalities. now i've found it, i'll definitely be coming back - and have recommended it to friends.

Weekend break to visit london galleries ballet and theatre

A nicely designed, impeccably placed hotel close to covent garden boutiques, markets, opera house and theatres. the room was very comfortable, the bathroom compact, and the entrance foyer/ restaurant/ lounge areas airy, modern and attractive. we enjoyed our stay here, with all the staff being friendly, efficient and courteous. the only downside was the buffet breakfast where the choice was limited for a 4 star hotel, ingredients were ordinary and sometimes cold (coffee tasting as if it had been standing for hours, lukewarm and too strong). but this didn't spoil our visit and we would return at the right price - and have our breakfast out.

Perfect location

Had a great weekend, very fine rooms and high quality breakfast. the lack os wifi in the rooms, and the steep price of wired internet, seemed a bit outdated.

Great hotel for a break in london

We choose the kingsway hall hotel for its great location and were pleasantly surprised by the hotels high standards. the rooms were a good size for london and have good quality furniture including two armchairs.the overall atmosphere was of a good four star hotel.

Excellent hotel

This was a 4* hotel and we stayed in a standard queen room which was fairly large and very clean. the staff were all helpful and friendly, especially at breakfast. the breakfast was excellent, lots of choices and as much as you want. we couldn't fault the location and will definitely return to this hotel.

Ottimo hotel, prenotato a tariffa molto vantaggiona tramite hotelclick (135 euro a camera)in posizione formidabile e vicino alla metro. colazione eccellente, (manca solo la nutella) le camere non enormi ma ben arredate e accoglienti

Friendly and comfortable

We loved this hotel. the staff were very helpful and friendly, the breakfast was tasty and had a good choice of hot and cold selection. the rooms, while not very large, were very comfortable and extremely well cleaned and furnished to a high standard. the position was within easy walking distance to the sights we were interested in - trafalgar square, covent garden, leicester square and to many of the theatres. we would stay there again and recommend it highly as a well-positioned, medium priced hotel in london.

Very cooperative staff, i had good experience with them, after i went back to my contrary i found out that i forgot some important documents at the room , i called them they were very cooperative they checked and call me back informing me that they found it they just took my mail address and send it to me.
