I stayed at the king's hotel for 4 nights in july. the service and accommodation was very basic. it was not a bad hotel for the money, however the rooms were dingy and the hotel owner was very grumpy and unwelcoming. food okay - again no service with a smile. it felt as if we were the only guests int he hotel.... no others guests at breakfast, or in the hotel corridors. dining room appeared to have trouble with ants, although this may be an overall problem in cyrpus in july. pool area was great.good location for bars and resturants.
