The hotel is very beautiful, rooms are big and clean. casino is nice location too. but the service is very poor! we had an issue with the room safe, the security guy replaced it with new one. after we put our money in the safe and left the hotel we came back but the safe was locked and the code was incorrect, the security guy opened the safe for us, an hour later we checked the money and found that 580 euro were missing from 2 wallets together (rest of the money and cards were in place), we called the security they refused to help us, only after we started to argue with the security staff the agreed to collect the room door and the safe door locks but refused to give us the information and said to go to the policy. later on they did show us the door logs which showed that someone entered the room (according to them with our key) when all of us were out of the hotel, but the refused to compare the door logs with the hotel camera (to confirm that we were out). the promised me a manager, but no manager and no money. very poor service, we are all disappointed from the hotel and the staff, we end up spending half a day in the policy station with no results and a report in romanian. thank you marriott for "excellent" weekend
