We paid for a room at the jalta hotel through hotelsclick four months in advance of our trip. when we arrived, they told us they made a mistake and didn't have a room for us. it wasn't clear why they waited until we arrived to tell us. several other people with reservations were being told the same thing, and the hotel clearly knew ahead of time they had a problem. they said they would put us up in another hotel and refused to give us a refund. the other hotel was inferior and not somewhere we would have chosen to stay. if you choose to stay at this hotel, don't pay in advance.
