A nightmare
The hotel reception managed to lose my passport. i had to make a statement to the police, and was extremely worried following the recent identity theft and murder by mossad. the management did not seem to share my upset, but did say how sorry they were. on the last day of my stay i was told that another guest had rung from london to say he had found my passport in his documents case. no thanks to the hotel for that. the room was at most a two-star, there was almost no pressure in the shower. breakfast was a joke.
