La struttura è a 3 minuti in auto da porta camollia. divisa in depandance è molto silenziosa con un buon panorama della città. abbondante e buona la colazione a buffet.

Hotel room is good. big bed, good bathroom. however a lot of noise is coming from the hallway (smashing doors, rolling suitcases). we had the cheapest room, which had a wall-view. restaurant and bar are good, especially the cocktails! both terraces have a great view. breakfast is ok. walking distance to border of the city is 20 min, then another 10 to the city center. there is enhough parking space at the hotel and city.

This hotel was comfortable, clean and had probably everything you would need when on holiday. drinks were a bit overpriced but the the barman atla(?) provided outstanding service and was extremely professional. a good 20min walk from the centre of the town. all in all we enjoyed our stay and we would use this hotel again.

Great hotel, big clean rooms. it is quite a walk to the city centre (30 mins) but there are busses.

L'hotel è immerso nel verde a pochi passi dal centro di siena (è cmq richiesta l'auto per spostarsi). ha un enorme parco con piscina e un campo da tennis. le zoni comuni sono arredate con gusto. diverso invece in giudizio per quanto attiene alle camere. io e la mia amica abbiamo preso due singole: entrambe minuscole e con arredamento spartano; il bagno, discretamente pulito, un pò vecchio e non in linea con le stelle. personale abbastanza gentile, anche se avendo prenotato io 2 notti e la mia amica 1, abbiamo chiesto se ci fosse disponibilità anche per lei la notte successiva. il poritere ci ha detto di no che era tutto pieno e voleva venderci una camera di standard superiore (che costava di piu). fatto è che poi, ad altra ora, abbiamo chiesto ad un altro il quale ci ha detto che non c'erano assolutamente problemi di disponibilità. ci siamo sentiti presi in giro e la mia amica ha quindi cambiato hotel.

Even though the staff at the garden hotel was courteous and helpful, we did not find the accomodations acceptable. nor did we feel that the hotel merited a 4 star rating. the grounds were rundown as well as the rooms. also, we were misled by the internet to believe that the hotel was situated close to the old section of siena--only a 5 minute walk. this was far from the truth. we had to take a cab from the hotel to the center of town.
