Ups and downs
The staff is very nice and accommodating, we had a warm welcome and they were very helpful. the hotel is like a big maze and the corridors are very badly sign posted, it took us a long time to find the gym reception or even going back to our room from the swimming pool because of the lack of signs. the breakfast was a disappointment, my boyfriend is coeliac and the only option was gluten free bread that he had to toast himself, which is very poor given the price of breakfast. also, everything is self service for the breakfast and it feels more like a cafeteria than a restaurant. the room was comfortable but in the bathroom, there were a few things that need to be fixed, like the hot water button on the tap and the bath tub tap that almost fell in the bath tub when we used it. sound proof isn't the best, we were woken up a few times by people shouting and running in the corridors late at night. and lastly, the bar looked dodgy. we didn't try the food there as we didn't feel comfortable in it and thought it had nothing to do with the standard of the hotel.
