This is the 2nd year we stayed at this inn. it has the perfect location to everything. the first year we were upgraded to a room with a view of the ocean and we had our own balcony. that was perfect. this year - a quiet room with no view at all but next to the pool so that we could walk out and get some fresh air. i am still thrilled over last year so will not complain too much.

Stayed at the laguna beach twice with my family. the hotel is a wonderful with very helpful staff especially william who is on the front desk. the rooms are cottage chic and were very clean and comfortable. by walking out the back of the lobby you will find yourself right on the beach.

You sold me an ocean view room at $394 and when i got there it was a closet facing a parking lot full of homeless people. i tried to reach you from the lobby but you are impossible to reach. you were deceptive, mislead us and ruinded my wifes 40th birthday.
