The room was spacious with comfortable bed. meals were delicious. staff very helpful and courteous. made our one night stayover in preparation for flight following day very enjoyable and stress-free. hoppa bus enabled us to get to our terminal in plenty of time to book in for our flight. overall, excellent value for money.

Excellently placed for early heathrow flights, but take your own clock. the hotel does not offer early morning wakeups. the bar of soap offered in the bathroom needed a microscope to see and there was no shampoo available. pity only 1 of the 3 lifts was in service and that the bus to terminal 5, although only a stones throw away, cost 4 pounds. also it's sad there was no complimentary internet, nowadays pretty standard elsewhere. the hotel was also very hard to find and we spent 40 minutes zooming around looking for it.

Very good price paid, though hotel click. we paid £53.00 with breakfast for two of us. if had booked direct with hotel would have been £70.00 without breakfast. hotel was very clean and staff friendly. breakfast was plentiful and of good quality. easy check in and out.
