We had a very pleasant stay ay the hyatt regency. the only problem was that one of the beds was a bit squeaky. the staff responded quickly and politely when my husband asked for shaving cream and i asked for a sewing kit. i would recommend the hyatt to anyone who wants to stay in a conveniently located, reasonably priced hotel in vancouver with professional, attentive staff and a relaxing, comfortable atmosphere. and we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was.

Stayed at this hotel for one night . 3 persons befor an earlly flight to the state.. concierge was very handy and nice, since we flow with our snowboards he was very helpfull. staff at the hotel are nice and glad to serve . check in & out was quick as an arrow... all in all i give the 10 out 0f 10....
