L'hôtel est aussi connu pour ses restaurants de Kiev exquis et bars, dont certains sont en Asie... Disappointing...no longer a 5 star
This was my third stay at this property and she is sliding downhill rapidly. the carets were worn and dirty; the lobby lounge area sofas looked like they had sent many hard years in a fraternity house..old, cracked leather. lobby lounge service was terrible; i am platinum with hyatt and received one of the worst rooms in the hotel - it had a marvelous view of air conditioning units and the wall of another building. reception was slow and refused my platinum upgrade which is automatic. did not receive any platinum amenity. i also visited the spa and salon...i was charged $265 for me's hair color. this is three times the highest amount that i have ever paid.
