The hyatt deira is one of the best five star hotels in dubai.it was a pleasure stay in hyatt regency. the only things bothered us one of the housekeeping was dealing with us in rudeness way and when we complained to the indian receptionist, he did not do anything but later on we spoke to reception manager mr. antoni, and his colleague mr. samer. they both do the immediate action and solve the bad behave for housekeeping. we really would like to thanks both them mr. antoni, and his colleague mr. samer for great serve and cooperation.
