Overall an excellent experience, only let down by the poor shower facilities in the room. the shower head was fixed, was poorly placed, and with no mixer tap (so had to struggle with hot and cold taps to get temperature right). only a small thing in a way, but most cheaper hotels have a much better shower facility. you can't beat a decent shower in the morning!

Absolutely fantastic hotel, amazing standards and very welcoming. will most certainly stay here again and will be passing information onto others.
