When we arrived, the hotel was beautiful. all was great until we found out that we wouldn't have a room (which we had confirmation of) for two beds. instead my friend and i had to share a queen. the messed up thing about it was our hotel confirmation showed that we were locked into the price and had a non-refund...yet they oversold their double beds!!! that's not right if you ask me. other than this inconvenience the hotel was nice.
