The hotel is undergoing some renovation so from the outside it doesn't look great but once you find the temporary door and get inside everything is fine. the rooms have recently been remodelled and are pleasant. bed super comfortable. buffet breakfast was good. you can get the free u3 bus back to heathrow just outside. the hotel hoppa bus is expensive at £9 return to heathrow and on my day didn't come on schedule.

Good value for money stay. relaxed and refreshed for work the next day. good size room comfortable bed, however the pillows are too small and light. rooms need a refurbish. bathroom was clean, however the sink always makes a funny noise after washing and on this stay was blocked

Very well located hotel. excellent, and amazingly quiet room. booked dinner which was really good - maybe a tad expensive, but it is heathrow! restaurant lacked a little warmth and style, and gave the feeling that cramming in numbers was the most important element. but a lot can be forgiven considering the really good value offered.

We wanted to a place to sleep after arriving late after a very long flight. this location was ideal. a clean, comfortable hotel with a really good breakfast which allowed us to hire a car and make a leisurely start to our trip.

In a handy position for someone wanting to be near heathrow airport - bus at door to go to the train station. very quiet, no noise from planes at all.

Ideales flughafen-hotel mit perfekter und kostenloser anbindung zur heathrow central-bus-station (terminal 1, 2, 3). zur anreise bei der station "compass centre" aussteigen. geräumige und ruhige zimmer. angenehmer service beim check-in. gutes frühstück mit großer auswahl. einziger schwachpunkt: smith's grill kann nicht empfohlen werden. keine bedienung am tisch und fertig-pizzas für 12,50 pfund.

A good clean hotel. one night stay before t5 flight. free bus 423 just outside hotel 50m goes to/from t5. free bus u3 to/from t123. .

Stayed one night and found hotel quite pleasant but the food was a disaster. the starter, fishcakes, for £7.50, should be called tiny fishbites as they looked like icelands little canape selection. the rest wasn't much better for the price they charge. clean hotel with friendly staff - but i wouldn't eat there again.

We stayed at the arora before catching an early morning flight. location was perfect along with the transfer. we ate in the restaurant and could not fault the food. the staff were lovely and extremely helpful. i would definitely stay again.

This hotel offers a great location near the airport, but at the same time, has a very quiet location. rooms are clean and fairly spacious, with a comfortable bed. has a nice restaurant and getting back to airport is esay as it has a bus stop outside hotel. only minus point, the shower controls not easy to use and the power of the shower was too weak. overall, i would recomend this hotel to friends and family.
