The holiday inn pensicola beach was really great. nilla, the afternoon manager, was most accommodating and friendly. she is a jewel along with connor and all the front desk folks. the employees of this hotel are "can do, take charge, friendly folks". even the cleaning staff was professional and personable. one of the best beach stays anywhere. would stay here again and plan to. we were delayed getting to the hotel by a day and a half. nilla and the hotel mngt. understood this and allowed us to make up the time lost at their cost-- hotelsclick did not respond or take care of us -- but the holiday inn sure did.
