No attitude to serve and help
The room in general was good. the problem was the attitude of the reception people to help in several issues. i wanted to print my boarding card because i had a problem and the gentleman denied the two solutions that i proposed him in order to print it. finally and without a very positive mood he accepted my third proposal and we printed it. during the check out i asked the lady to sign and stamp a paper that according to the bulgarian law i have to attached together with the invoice in order for the expense to be recognized. the lady replied that she has no stamp, she didn't make any effort at all to help and when i asked if there is anyone in the back office to help, she just said that there was nobody. she kept saying no. furthermore the breakfast was very bad and of course they charge the adaptor for the electricity.
