Terrible service. booked a double room. no double room was available when we arrived after a long flight and drive. hotel claimed we would be able to get a refund from hotelsclick, but their offices were shut when we called. went to another hotel and go a double room, emailed the site's customer service to explain, took them 2 days to reply to say they would look into it. tried calling them on the customer services number constantly but was never able to get through. no other response from this website for more than 2 weeks despite numerous emails and attempts to call. finally a response saying we will not get a refund. 573 euro taken by this website and the room we booked was not available. completely unprofessional service that is going to require legal expense now to resolve.
