The staff were very friendly,breakfast was good,for a 4 star hotel there was a couple of things like the shower head almost on the ceiling and not powerful enough, plus the water temperature kept changing.the hotel is very well situated for walking into the city. it would take less than 5 minutes. is is right went you come out of the train station.the parking isn't a bargain @ €20.40 for 24hours, it was very tight getting into the parking lot.i would stay here again.

A great location if travelling by car or train(opposite eurostar station). we travelled by car and met up with friends arriving on eurostar. we had pre-booked a space in the hotel's secure underground car park for 15 euro, well worth it. the hotel room was far better than i was expecting for the standard room we had booked. a ten minute walk into the centre of lille. a very successful choice of hotel. secure parking is more important to us than being in the centre of a town where parking can be very difficult.
