Staffs not working properly,not honest:set up morning call next morning,actually didn't get call at all; booked the taxi for next morning to the airport with fix rate £8,next morning when we checked out, we were told the rate was £16.we asked how far from the hotel to terminal 4, we were told 20 minutes by taxi,they were not try to help you and give you any helpful information; end up we walked 5 mins to the underground station and found free bus to the airport, it took less than 10 mins. our morning call was 7am, taxi was 7:30am,our flight was 9:30am, it's our 1st time were in london,we felt the service wasn't good and cold.
