Hotel was lovely, a welcome drink on arrival was a lovely touch. the room was modern and clean, it was not massive, but the size suited out needs. the bed was large and comfy. we had a drink in the sky bar and the service was really friendly. likewise, staff really friendly at breakfast and there was a lovely range of food to eat. the hotel is a short walk from waterloo station/ underground and other nearby and within a very short ride you are linked to shops and attractions of london etc. hotel is good value for money and this company was good to book through
