It's a great guest house for those who would like to explore the heart of rome. it's great value for money too! all rooms have a view overlooking the spanish steps and it feels like living in rome! nights are magical when the steps are lite up. breakfast was always brought to the room on time and it was decent for the price we paid. the coffee was so tasty!

Great hotel in a great location with a great view. very clean and tidy. charming and helpful staff. good breakfast delivered to the room. comfortable beds, comfortable rooms, very nice bathroom. would definitely return and recommend to all !

Ottima sistemazione proprio a piazza di spagna, le camere sono ben arredate, pulite, ma ciò che ha reso la nostra vacanza da sogno è la vista proprio sulla scalinata di trinità dei monti! riprenoterei subito! fra l'altro grazie ad hotelsclick il prezzo è stato assolutamente vantaggioso. indimenticabile la colazione in camera, con vista su trinità dei monti!

Camera gradevole e ben arredata, posizione fantastica e accoglienza buona. il bagno era impresentabile, con arredi rotti e lampadine insufficienti. la colazione pessima, con caffè solubiile, marmellatine confezionate tipo ostello, pane stantio e succo imbevibile. peccato perchè il posto è fantastico, ma a quei prezzi si pretende perlomeno pane fresco e caffè vero, oltre che una dotazione in bagno un po' più decente!
