Unfortunately when we arrived a family with a problem had overstayed so we were put in grange white hall next door. to compensate us the room was upgraded as was the breakfast. normally would have complained to management, but staff were so pleasant and helpful and the new room was good overlooking trees in the back garden through large windows. we were given the choice to have breakfast in either hotel so, because of the problem in white hall, the second morning we had breakfast in blooms, which was cosy and quiet with good service. food was mostly very good.
