Shocking experience
When checking in we were advised to move to a hotel over the road( which we knew and is appalling in our view ) on refusing the alternative we were shown a room which had no windows or direct elevator access.my mother (84)has asthma and mobility problems -cannot handle stairs .this room was unsuitable. we were shown a room which had a leak from the ceiling in the bathroom but was clean , although dangerous due to slippery floor we reluctantly accepted this particularly as we had driven 200 miles. this situation meant we hung around from 2 until 5 on arrival losing part of our break. i believe we should receive some of our money back paul cain
