In general a good city hotel

In general a good city hotel. what i didn’t like was that when i arrived they did not had my room ready and they had to check at that moment for my reservation so even though i was in a harry i had to wait. beyond that the services were good excluding the non smiling waiter in the breakfast area the rest of the staff was very polite. also a bad impression was that even though i had asked for a double bed i finally had 2 one&half beds in my room. also even though i specifically told them i had stayed there before so they could give me something similar to make me happy they gave me a much simpler room some people in the hotel seemed unhuppy with their jobs and as you can imagine they might be as well but that’s their problem as a client i demand to see happy faces in order to have a good mood. if they were my friends or family maybe i would share their problem but now i dont give a penny about it, all i care is that as they are paid in order me, and every me, to have a great time. so they have to respect the money of their salary and do what they are supposed to.
