We stayed at the gran fiesta americana coral beach in cancún for 10 days. the hotel is excellent, with very courteous service, very clean, marvellous view of the caribbean sea, and a truly gigantic pool complex, with 4 wet bars and a good restaurant. sun, margaritas, family, fantastic hotel. this is my idea of a truly enjoyable, stress-free vacation. highly recommended.

2nd time i stayed at this hotel and will be the only hotel i stay at when i visit cancun. this hotel is more than just 5 stars. cannot fault this place in any way. absolutely amazing and stunning.

Nice reception, people are kind and friendly the bathroom need some attention it smells , coffee and water in the room are charged as extra

The hotel was nice with a nice beach. staff was okay. there were other fees added by the hotel that i didn't really appreciate. next time i will just do all inclusive at another hotel. didn't really like how the staff all had their hands out for tips. i just want to enjoy my vacation. they need to pay their staff better. so they will not be so dependent on tips every time you look around. much older crowd. type of crowd is classical music loving and basic type people. so if that is what you are looking for, then this hotel will be perfect

Overall service excellent including the reception, concierge, restaurants, room cleaning. logistics of ease of access to the beach, pools, elevators, room, is well designed. all the restaurants offer a variety of choices and have a very nice environment along with great food. beach service is first rate along with the service at the pool bars. pools are kept immaculate as well as the grounds. swimming in the ocean is fun since the waves vary from calm to moderate from day to day and the beach is pure sand with no pebbles or rocks. a variety of hotel based tour offerings making day trips easy to plan. rooms have fantastic views...overall top quality in every aspect.
