Ny husband and i had a lovely tranquil stay, enjoyed the serenity of the area. we just loves st agata village, the poeple were friendly and we felt as we could live there. the hotel staff were good, but we did have one problem with shuttle booking. we were told to book our shuttle the day before, when we requested to make our return booking on the last morning, but when the time came and we tried to make a booking for the 08:30 service, we were told it was booked out. this was very unfortunate, as it marred the otherwise great experience. we were given free bus tickets on the sita(local bus), which was jam packed with students, so we were unable to gets seats naturally and it was very uncomfortable way to depart, luggage and all. my arms had a good workout, from holding on for dear life, but that could be a good thing for toning up.
