L'hôtel est très bien situé pour le voyageur indépendant qui souhaite séjourner dans le quartier vivant de la vieille ville. L'hôtel ne sert pas le petit-déjeuner, mais il y a de nombreux cafés et restaurants dans le quartier. Il faut se rappeler d'utiliser la réception de l'hôtel Goldenes... Peace and quiet in a noisy centre
The street the hotel annexe is in is a downtown redlight area (it's literally called "lower village street") bang in the middle of zurich, a stone's throw away from the river and main shops, a 10-minute walk to the railway station. the hotel proper where you get the key to the annexe and your room is a 150 meters further down. the rooms are clean and nicely furnished, an attractive poster on the wall commemorating former days. there's a shower but no toilet, which is in the corridor outside the door.
