Hotel not booked

I turn up at g hotel in penang to learn that they did not received my reservation via hotelsclick.com. after half an hour wait, i was told hotelsclick did not make payment to g hotel and as a result the booking was cancelled. i was later arrange to the kelawai branch of g hotel (which is a cheaper one). very bad experience.
