When arriving at the hotel we were told that although we had booked a double plus an extra bed we could only have two singles. not impressed, we paid more for this room than comparable hotels because we were booked for a double and a spare. either booking.com or the hotel should pull up their socks! the hotel itself was rreasonably clean, but had quite a few bugs inthe room, the airconditioner was reluctant to turn off and on, and the room was tiny. the staff were polite. the surroundings were a bit intimidating, lots of men hanging around, not very clean or nice.
