The staff were gave us exceptional service from the doorman to reception. the service in the restaurant was second to none. not just good service but the staff were friendly. we were very pleased with the upgrade to a premier room.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and didn't want to leave. the staff were very friendly and helpful. we received excellent service from the person who greeted us at the entrance, the person who took our bags up to the room to the reception staff and the house keeping staff who we didn't see though made sure our room was perfect changing our towels and drawing the curtains etc...

Loved our stay at four seasons. view was fantastic looking over the opera house and up the harbour. staff were great and quick response to a few of our needs in our room.
