I will not even think to book agian next time through your agency. first night they accommodate me in a room without eve window in the mean while i paid for see view. the conclusion my weekend completely spoiled and i don't understand the descrepency between the hotel invoice and my account debet. hotel invoice =307.00 € my payment to you= 442.50€ who will pay me back the difference

Hotel strategicamento posizionato, comodo ai mezzi di trasporto verso la valletta o aeroporto. vista spettacolare e suggestiva verso la capitale soprattutto dalle piscine esterne e dalla sala ristorante ove si puo' consumare un buffet sia per colazione che per cena vario e di più che buona qualità. noi abbiamo occupato una camera al 5^ piano con vista giardino interno e piscine, ampia con pavimento in legno pulita e silenziosa. bagni non nuovi ma ampi e puliti. le camere ai piani inferiori hanno la moquette. nel complesso seppur per una notte il soggiorno è stato più che piacevole.

Made a mistake on arrival they sent us to a horrible room with no window with other guests belongings still inside, but they changed us to a lovely garden view room which was excellent. the first meal was the buffet, it was cold, dry, old salad etc. and very grumpy waiters. after that we used the other dining options they were first class.people without that option would have a miserable time.noticed they are doing a new buffet area and we assume that would be better.otherwise everything was very good
