King sized bed, full kitchen, non-smoking, fold-out sofa bed, and we were able to bring our labrador retriever with us....yes, the fold-out bed inside the sofa was a quite gross (stains, filth) but we did not use this amentity. the continental breakfast was packaged items such as muffins, oatmeal, granola bars, apples, oranges, yougurt, and juice from the machine (not impressed). the staff were all very friendly. did not use the pool area but it looked nice. if your going to the theme parks on a budget, want to bring your dog, then this is a good spot. it's away from all the heavy traffic of the parks (which are all within 5.6 miles away).
