We had requested an accessible room. at check-in we were told it was a shower over a bath but we were offered a full refund if we wanted to move hotel. we booked for three weeks and really wanted just to relax. a seat was fixed in the bath and though not ideal we struggled on. a fire alarm went off at 1.30 one morning and after walking down from the thirteenth floor an apology wasn't even offered. this floor was mostly nice and peaceful, only a mother screaming at her two kids was a problem. a paternal problem rather than the hotels! after passing through reception where there was no acknowledgement you pass the bar where there was always a great welcome from the barmen though they couldn't speak english and my spanish is very very basic but they always made us happy. in the restaurant it was the same. food was well prepared and we never felt a lack of choice even after three weeks.
