Disappointed
The hotel did not have room for us. they did not recognize my confirmation number nor did not recognize the name hotelclik. i tried to contact your company, and i left a message on the voice mail. so i contacted my credit card company. they too tried to contact you. the amount that you are charging me is now is in dispute. i have always used third party reservation companies to book hotel and airline tickets, but this is the first time i had a problem!
