Everything worked and looked nice, there was the ecpected small touch of luxury, and at least in this specific case it was fairly priced. recommended!

Palazzo storico, ottimo hotel in centro città, vicino al porto e ai traghetti. ho soggiornato due notti e mi sono trovato benissimo. ottima la colazione continentale.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo! e' la seconda volta che pernotto in questo hotel. l'hotel si trova in una posizione buonissima, vicinissimo a centinaio di negozi, alla stazione centrale e alle fermate di tram e autobus. i servizi sono ottimi, lo staff è sempre disponibile e gentilissimo. la pulizia delle camere è veramente professionale!

We thought that the hotel was very nice, unfortunately it was mid-summer weekend and things seemed a little low key, shops closed, attached pub closed etc, it would have been nice if the hotel compensated for this by putting on some sort of entertainment. otherwise rooms and service very good. could have had cable tv, and coffee making facilities in room.

Nice stay. good hotel. u2 stayed here as well. room is a bit small but comfortable and everything is there, like bathrobe, huge mirror etc. although it is not mentioned at the site of the hotel, there is also a small fitness centre, that they call relax room. very friendly staff. very central to nice spots and public transport. best place to have lunch is right across the street
